Nyack, NYAsher’s Bar Mitzvah
THE STORYAsher's Bar Mitzvah was a night to remember. Months of collaborative planning with his mom made sure of it. She had been through two Mitzvahs before but this time she wanted to be fully present for it, not just managing it. She came to us ready to trust someone else with the details, and we took that responsibility seriously.
Asher himself was everything. At thirteen years old he knew exactly what he wanted and was genuinely part of every decision. Sweet, enthusiastic, and completely himself, he made the planning process a joy from start to finish. Friends traveled from near and far to celebrate him, and we made sure the night reflected exactly who he is.
His love of sports was woven throughout the design in a way that felt elevated rather than expected. Subtle, intentional, and unmistakably Asher. And the hype video that played as part of his entrance? Truly epic. The room erupted. It was one of those moments that reminds you exactly why we do what we do.

THE VISIONThe vibe was clear from the start: a fabulous celebration built around Asher, his love of sports, and a space that felt eclectic, energetic, and completely his own. Mom fell in love with the hotel's vibe the moment she saw it, and honestly, so did we.
Blue, orange, and gray were the natural choice. Not just because they were Asher's colors, but because the venue's ballroom already carried them. Walking in felt like the design had always belonged there. Every element was chosen with intention, from the decor to the details, to make sure the space felt full of personality without ever feeling overdone.
The goal was simple. Fill the room with laughter, love, and good memories. Make sure every guest felt the energy. And above all, make sure Asher shined. He did.THE DETAILSNyack, NY
