Kaci & Casey Wedding

THE STORY

Overlooking the New York City skyline, Kaci and Casey needed someone to come in, take the reins, and get them across the finish line. Liberty House is one of our favorite venues and the fit was immediate. We got involved six weeks out and went to work.

From the very first conversation it was clear how much Kaci's sister meant to her. Living out of state and using a wheelchair, her sister needed someone in that room who would advocate for her access, her comfort, and her experience with the same care as the bride herself. We took that responsibility seriously and made sure every accommodation was in place long before the day arrived.

We crossed every t and dotted every i, including stepping in to ensure the tablescapes were actually what Kaci had envisioned and thought she was getting. One of the most touching moments of the evening was finding a copy of her sister's speech waiting at every place setting. The love in that room was unlike anything we have experienced. Tears were streaming during the ceremony and we were not alone.

THE VISION

Simple. Classy. Full of heart. Kaci wanted a celebration that felt wholesome and elegant, centered entirely around their love story and their devotion to family. Nothing overdone. Nothing that pulled focus from what the day was actually about.

Gold tones, eucalyptus, and muted natural elements created a warm and refined backdrop against the stunning New York City skyline. But the real vision had nothing to do with decor. It was about making sure Kaci could walk into her wedding day knowing every detail was handled, every person she loved was cared for, and all she had to do was be present for every moment of it.

That is exactly what happened.
