Benny’s First Birthday

THE STORY

When this family came back to us for their little one's birthday, we didn't have to start from scratch. The trust was already there, and that makes all the difference. Mom came in with a vision full of heart and let us run with it completely.

The space was everything. We needed somewhere that could hold oversized inflatables, kid tables, adult seating, a full food spread, a bar, and a dessert setup without feeling chaotic. Canvas Multiuse was the perfect find. A sleek blank white space with a built-in bar and modern clear chairs that gave us complete creative freedom to build Benny's World from the ground up. Never underestimate the power of the right chair.

We went deep on Elmo and the color red while weaving in every Sesame Street character we could find. Benny Street came to life through custom backdrops, curated favors, kids activities, and the most adorable little details throughout. The family's wishes were simple: a great venue, kids having a blast, decor that shined, amazing food and drinks, and a visit from Elmo himself. We delivered on every single one. And when we suggested sending each family home with a fish, we made that happen too.

Working with this family is a true pleasure. Their gratitude and trust are unmatched, and the result was an Elmo party that was nothing short of epic.

THE VISION

From the moment we started planning, one thing was clear: this party needed to feel like stepping straight into Sesame Street. Not a nod to it. Not a hint of it. The full experience, brought to life in every corner of the room.

We transformed Canvas Multiuse into Benny's World, building the entire design around Elmo and the color red while weaving in every Sesame Street character we could find. The details were everything. Custom backdrops, thoughtfully curated activity stations, adorable accents on every surface, and a rubber ducky punch that had the adults just as excited as the kids. Bright, bold, and completely intentional from start to finish.

The goal was simple: kids having the time of their lives, parents relaxed and present, and a room so well designed that every photo looks like it belongs in a magazine. We teamed up with some of our favorite vendors to make it happen and even managed to get Elmo himself through the door. And yes, every family went home with a fish. When we commit to a detail, we see it all the way through.
