THE STORY

Chloe's mom called us with so much excitement we could feel it through the phone. She had been following along and knew exactly what she wanted for her daughter's Sweet 16. A special evening. Intimate. Candlelit. Done beautifully but never overdone.

She came with the venue already sourced, a vision inspired by a celebration she had admired, and complete trust in the process. That trust made everything flow. We worked through every detail together, incorporating all of Chloe's favorite things, and the result was exactly what a Sweet 16 should feel like. Personal, glam, and completely her.

We did chuckle a little when mom said she didn't want it to feel too professional. Because doing things with intention and making them look effortless is kind of our whole thing. Thirty six of Chloe's favorite people gathered around long candlelit tables at Sear House for a night she will not forget anytime soon.

THE VISION

The vision was all about balance. Glamorous but grounded. Special but not over the top. Mom was thoughtful about keeping things in perspective for Chloe's age while still making sure the night felt truly memorable.

Long candlelit tables set the tone immediately. Warm, elegant, and completely intimate for a group of 36. We wove Chloe's favorite things throughout every detail, from the pink accents and Starbucks nods to the photo moment and the little touches that made guests smile. The kind of details that feel personal because they are.

The result was the perfect Sweet 16. Not too much, not too little. Just exactly right.
